The SJVS was formed in 2004 with an aim to serve the poorer community for their livelihood improvement on sustainable basis. The prices of organizational set up and implementation of activity was initiated by Mr. Keshav Ranjan (Founder of the organization and Secretary) is B.A (Social Work) and  who have achieved District Youth Award in Bhagalpur district (Bihar) during 2007-08 by NYK, Bhagalpur. The organization was established in 2004 and worked socio- economic, moral awareness for youth's and women. It was registered in 2008 under society’s registration act 21, 1860 and registration no. is 43/ 2008-09 & also registered in Income Tax Department under 12 A & 80G.

Mission:-

- To formed farmers club, SHG's, JLG's, Farmers federation.                                                                              

- To improve social change, behavioural changes, rights and responsibilities in society through meeting, skill development, soft skills training program, mobilization, developed education institutions (schools) etc. in selected areas for their sustainable future life.

- To improve all stakeholders with micro and tiny entrepreneurship business mode through FPO and other concepts.

- To secure life for all stakeholders through life insurance.

- To improve financial inclusion for all stakeholders with different systems.
